PLEASE READ THIS STATEMENT CAREFULLY TO UNDERSTAND HOW CHERRY ACTIVE COLLECTS, USES AND STORES YOUR PERSONAL DATA.

We hope you love your Cherry pieces. However, if your item isn’t quite right, we’re happy to offer an exchange within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Exchange

To qualify for an exchange, your item must be:

  • •⁠ ⁠Unworn and unused
    •⁠ ⁠In its original condition
    •⁠ ⁠With all original tags attached
    •⁠ ⁠In its original packaging
    •⁠ ⁠Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase

How to Request an Exchange

To request an exchange, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order.
Please note that items returned without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Exchanges & Stock Availability

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested size, colour, or item is unavailable, you will have the option of choosing an another item that is in stock. Please note that we do not offer refunds for items that were correctly ordered and delivered as requested.

Damages & Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item so we can assess the issue and make it right.

Non-Exchangeable Items

Sale items, gift cards, and items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration are not eligible for exchange.
